Fast week
I am so glad it’s Thursday. I am taking tomorrow off so this is it for work. The transition of all my work is taking longer than expected.
Eating for the week has been good except for last night. Mr. Eugene was picking up Eugene Jr and they were not home until after 9:00. I could not stop thinking about the sour cream & onion potato chips in the pantry. I only ate one handful but the next thing I knew I was halfway through a turkey and Swiss sandwich with another handful of chips. Still, it could have been worse.
No running for the week, so far. My knee is killing me. Only ice and Advil make it feel any better. But as soon as that wears off the pain is just as bad as it was before. So I haven’t been tracking anything here for days. It just feels like I have nothing to write. I may try a run tomorrow since it’s supposed to finally stop raining. I am a bit stir crazy right now.
